TO REGISTER ONLINE (for either conference): Payment by credit or debit card can be made via the Paypal button below. Select the venue and 'add to cart' - then you will taken to where you can specify how many people. Please provide the names of EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON being registered - either in the "instruction" box at the checkout or via seperate email to info@icejuk.org . This will give us all the information required and there is no need to print the booking form as well. Booking confirmation will be sent to you by email. TO REGISTER BY POST: Download and print the booking form and send to ICEJ UK at PO Box 533, Rickmansworth WD3 1XQ. Cheques should be payable to 'ICEJ'. If you would like CONFERENCE FLYERS (which include booking form), please let us know how many you would like posted to you; alternatively you can dowload both sides of the Flyer here: Flyer (Inside) and Flyer (outside).
